1) What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is € 6.50.

2) What are the processing times for my order?

Orders are processed within 24/48 hours of receipt.

3) What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 2/3 days (excluding islands), 3/5 days for islands and remote areas.

4) Who delivers my package?

Orders are shipped via GLS or SDA courier.

5) How can I pay?

We offer several payment methods:

- Payment with PayPal

- Payment with credit card

- Postepay top-up: after completing your purchase, you will receive an email with the details to top up our Postepay card.

- Bank transfer: after completing your purchase, you will receive an email with our bank details for the transfer.

6) Do you have all the goods in stock?

All products found on our website are products that we have in stock in our shop. For original Beta items, if they are not available at the time of purchase, we will restock within a few days and proceed with shipping the ordered items.

7) I want to exchange or return an item, what should I do?
