Bimotoshop.it delivers its products within the Italian National Territory and ships with GLS, BARTOLINI, or SDA couriers.

We ship within 1 working day for all products available in our warehouse. If a product appears available during purchase but is no longer available, the customer will be contacted immediately. They will be entitled to withdraw from the order, unless a new deadline can be redefined together.

For products not available in stock, it will be necessary to wait for the product to be received from the manufacturer before being shipped to the customer. The customer will be informed of the delivery times of the product via email, which will have been provided to us upon registration to the portal. Beta Motor brand products can always be ordered, regardless of our stock availability, as these are original spare parts that are ordered daily. If a product is not available either in our warehouse or in Beta Motor's, the customer will be contacted to redefine the purchase. Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.

The delivery costs for products are borne by the customer at the cost indicated at the time of order completion. Delivery costs are free for orders over €200, with some exceptions.

How to act upon receipt of the package

When the courier delivers the package, the customer must verify that: the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package; the number of packages indicated on the waybill corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.

Any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier; otherwise, the product will be considered delivered correctly.
